About Your Varsity Application

Every year thousands of capable learners miss out on further study because of confusing prospectuses, unfamiliar online portals and missed deadlines. Our mission is to make the application process clear, affordable and accessible — especially for first-generation students and learners without easy access to computers or career guidance.

We calculate your Admission Point Score (APS) from your results, match it against the published requirements of South African universities and public TVET colleges, and show you the programmes you can realistically apply for. If you choose, our trained application assistants then complete and submit your applications on the official institution portals and keep you updated by email.

We also publish free application guides on APS, documents, deadlines, TVET qualifications and NSFAS funding.

• Honesty: we never promise admission — only universities and colleges decide who is accepted.
• Privacy: your documents and personal information are stored securely and handled in line with POPIA.
• Transparency: all fees are shown before you pay, and our refund policy is published in our Terms.
• Independence: we are not affiliated with any university, college or NSFAS.
